Vital red light vs Joovv​, which one is better?

Guys, help me! I'm so confused on whether to buy red light therapy from VITAL RED LIGHT or JOOVV. I find them both to be great in quality and pretty impressive. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on which one I should choose. ❤️🥺️

Hmm it's tough one caused I have both of them. IMO, I like Joovv especially its portable handheld. But Vital Red Light also has full body therapy. And I like it too. Both of them offer excellent light spectrum while also being easy to use. So, I can't decide which one is good 😁
